At Plush Fashion Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
If you wish to return an item that has been processed due to a change of heart, the following professional terms apply:
Refund Method: Returns of this nature are issued exclusively as Store Credit.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will be applied to each returned item. This fee will be 3% of the item's purchase price or $5.75, whichever amount is greater.
Return Condition: To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To maintain a sustainable shopping environment, Plush Fashion Hub monitors all return activity:
Monthly Limit: Accounts are limited to a maximum of three (3) returns per calendar month.
Account Suspension: Exceeding this monthly limit will result in the automatic suspension of your account. We reserve the right to permanently disable accounts that demonstrate a pattern of excessive "Change of Mind" returns.
Cancellations made directly after receiving shipment notification will only be eligible for store credit, which can be applied to future purchases.
If you cancel after your order has shipped, you have the following options:
Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. Once we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its condition, we will issue store credit only for the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return after receipt: Accept the delivery and initiate a return following our standard return process. You will receive store credit for the returned items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once a shipment notification has been sent, our cancellation policy changes to store credit only.
Standard returns for unwanted items (not cancelled after shipment) follow our regular return policy and refund terms.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase is required
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Final sale or clearance items
Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
Beauty, cosmetic, hair, or personal care products
Earrings or pierced jewelry
Gift cards
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to you in the form of a store credit under certain circumstances to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Plush Fashion Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
