1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully authorized. During high-volume seasons or major promotions, processing times may be extended. You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has entered the processing phase.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• United States (Domestic): 7–14 business days
• International Orders: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

3. Shipping Rates & Calculations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Free shipping on all US orders over $75 (applies to subtotal after discounts, before taxes).

4. Tracking & Order Visibility: A Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number will be sent upon shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking status.

5. International Shipping & Customs: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Plush Fashion Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Return-to-sender packages will require additional shipping costs to resend.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your item, please wait 3 business days before contacting us. For claims, email info@plushfashionhub.us.
